Duties
and Qualifications: Teach all ages in our popular
learn-to-swim classes in one of the state’s
largest indoor pools. WSI, CPR and First Aid certifications
required, and AED desired. Must have excellent customer
service skills and be dependable. For the safety
of our customers and staff, all prospective employees
must pass a criminal background check.
Hours:
Year-round, part time weekday afternoon and evening
hours.
Salary: Range is $12.00
to $15.00 per hour.

DIRECTOR

Duties
and Qualifications:
St. Andrews Parks & Playground in Charleston,
SC, is looking for a 2009 Summer Camp Director
to handle the day-to-day organization of our popular
youth day camps! Parks & recreation or related
major, experience in a summer camp setting, and
excellent organizational skills desired. CPR and
First Aid certification required. Must also have
a current driver’s license. Must be available
May 18, 2009 through August 14, 2009. For the
safety of our customers and staff, all prospective
employees must pass a criminal background check.
Hours: Camp hours 7:30am to 6:00pm, specific
hours will vary daily. Must be flexible.
Salary: $480/week. DOQ

COUNSELORS

Qualifications
and Duties: Work with children at recreation
day camps the summer of 2009! Camps include Tennis,
Fishing, Challenge, Afternoon, Half & Half,
Cooking, Child Vs. Wild and a Traditional Day
Camp. We’re looking for people who are creative,
friendly, responsible, and love working with children.
Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid
certification required. For the safety of our
customers and staff, all prospective employees
must pass a criminal background check.
Hours: Daytime, Monday – Friday; both
full and part time positions available.
Salary:
Salary range $7.25 - $8.50 per hour.

TENNIS
INSTRUCTORS

Duties
and Qualifications: Instruct children and adults
in the fundamentals of court etiquette, play, strategy,
and rules. USPTA or USPTR certification and experience
teaching both children and adults required; CPR
and First Aid certifications preferred. For the
safety of our customers and staff, all prospective
employees must pass a criminal background check.
Hours: Part time, 20 per week.
Salary: $8.00 –
$15.00 per hour depending on experience
